At Moonlight Treasures, we’re all about offering high-quality, gently loved items that families can feel good about buying and selling. Our goal is to create a clean, organized, and enjoyable shopping experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

We accept a wide variety of items for the whole family. All items should be in excellent condition—clean, complete, and ready for their next home.

We carefully review items to ensure they meet our standards.  It is the responsibility of each consignor to verify their items have not been recalled using the US Consumer Products Safety Commission website.

Accessories

  • Hats, Sunglasses, Belts, Ties, Hair Accessories

  • Purses, Wallets, Backpacks, Handbags

  • Winter Coats, Hats, Scarves, Gloves (Only Accepted During October & January Sales)

Baby items

All Baby Items Being Sold Must Have Their Original Safety Straps Included

  • Activity Centers, Bassinets, Pack ‘n Plays

  • Baby Carriers, Wraps, Nursing Pillows, Nursing Covers

  • Baby Monitors, Sound Machines, Mobiles

  • Bath Tubs (Only Manufactured After 11/2017)

  • Bathroom Items (Diaper Pails, Training Seats)

  • Bottles (Sold Without Nipples Unless Brand New in Original Packaging)

  • Breast Pumps (Parts Touching Breast or Milk Must be Brand New in Packaging)

  • Cart Covers, Car Accessories

  • Crib Bedding & Blankets

  • Diapers - Sealed Only In Original Packaging

  • Feeding Items (Plates, Bowls, Bottle Warmers, Bibs, Burp Cloths)

  • Infant Seats, High Chairs, Booster Seats

  • Safety Equipment (Bed Rails, Gates, Play Pens)

  • Strollers

  • Swings, Walkers, Play Mats

Clothing 

  • All Sizes Newborn to Adult 3x (Children's, Women’s and Men’s)

  • Cribs (No Drop Side or Recalled)

  • Helmets, cleats, knee pads, etc.

  • Climb-on structures/toy

Shoes

  • Any size (children’s, women’s and men’s)

  • Sneakers, boots, sandals, swim shoes, dress shoes, etc.

    *Must be in great or like-new condition

Toys

All toys requiring batteries will need to be in working condition

  • Games, puzzles (all pieces need to be included)

  • Dolls (must have clothing), doll equipment, doll accessories, 

  • Small playsets, Kitchen Playsets, Work Benches

  • Outdoor toys (slides, swings, sand/water tables, etc.)

  • Bath toys - with no holes only

  • Stuffed animals (Freshly washed)

  • Ride-on toys

  • Legos, mega blocks, building toys

  • Baby toys - rattles, push toys, shape sorters, music toys, etc.

  • Action figures, character toys

  • New crafts in original packaging

  • Doll houses

Items Not Accepted

To keep our sale safe, organized, and enjoyable for all shoppers, we do have guidelines on items we’re unable to accept. Our goal is to maintain a high standard of quality so that every item on the floor is something families feel confident purchasing.

In general, we do not accept items that are heavily worn, stained, damaged, missing parts, or no longer safe to use. We also cannot accept recalled items, certain baby gear, or anything that does not meet current safety standards. Items that are outdated, have strong odors, or are not seasonally appropriate may also be declined.

We understand it can be tough deciding what to bring, but a good rule of thumb is this: if you wouldn’t feel comfortable gifting the item to a friend or family member, it’s likely not the right fit for our sale.

These guidelines help create a better experience for both shoppers and consignors, giving your accepted items the best chance to sell.

  • Silverware

  • TV’s

  • Crib bumpers, sheets, pillows, adult bedding, linens

  • Water bottles, sippy cups, or pacifiers

  • Pillows, Used sheets

  • Car Seats

  • VHS or cassette tapes

  • Bath toys that fill with water

  • Jewelry

  • Food of any kind

  • Hygiene products

  • Loose miscellaneous items such as bags of random toys

  • Clothing without size tag

  • No chipped dishes or decorations

  • Expired or recalled items

  • Items with strong odors (smoke, pet, perfume)

  • Mattresses (unless being sold with crib or bed)

  • Expensive electronics (computers, tablets, gaming systems)

  • Rugs

  • Undergarments without tags

  • Antiques, collectibles, figurines, or china

  • Undergarments without original packaging or tags

  • Outdated clothing styles

  • Swim suits

  • Sharp items

  • Beds (only toddler size)

  • No heavy or bulky furniture - dressers, couches, etc.
